Career Fair 2026 – ASHRAE OVC and CMAS

The Carleton Mechanical and Aerospace Society (CMAS) and the ASHRAE Ottawa Valley Chapter are pleased to co-host the Career Fair 2026. This partnership aims to increase student engagement and attendance.

Students from the following institutions will be in attendance: Carleton University, the University of Ottawa, Algonquin College, La Cité Collégiale, and Cégep de l’Outaouais.

Booth information

• Booth registration: $300.00 + HST (payable online by credit card or cheque to ASHRAE – OVC). See below for what is included.
• Sponsorship Option: If you are unable to attend the event, you can sponsor it with your company logo in the program and at the event, alongside other ASHRAE supporters, for $150.00 + HST.

Booth Information:

• Booth Size 10’ x 8’ (Approximately 18 available)
• 120 VAC Available (bring your own extension cords and power bars)
• Tables, Skirts, and 2 Chairs Provided

Schedule:

• 14:30 – 15:00 – Access to room and Set-up
• 15:00 – 18:00 – Career Fair
• 18:00 – 18:30 – Clean-up
